1. Bookings & Cancellations

• Rooms are subject to availability and confirmed only upon full or partial advance payment.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund (as per our cancellation policy).

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
  (Subject to change based on special requests or group bookings)

3. Code of Conduct

We request all guests to maintain a peaceful, respectful environment within the Bhavan. The following are not permitted:

• Non-vegetarian food or alcohol
• Loud music or disruptive behavior
• Smoking inside rooms or prayer areas

4. Liability

Niharika Bhavan is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings left unattended
• Delays or cancellations in third-party travel services
• Health-related issues during or after the stay.
